Terms and Conditions
Group Classes
Pilates Mat, Reformer and Yoga
Classes may be booked either by term or as individual sessions, subject to availability. Term bookings must be made before the start of the term and cannot be joined once the term has commenced.
Individual sessions are subject to availability and may be booked up to 7 days in advance.
If you know in advance that you will be unable to attend any dates within the term, up to two sessions may be deducted before the term begins and the price will be adjusted accordingly. Please email admin@pilatesbodycentre.co.uk before the term start date to request any deductions.
Once your purchase has been finalised and payment has been received, it is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a session after booking, at least 24 hours' notice must be given. In this case, you may book a make-up session of equal value within the same term period, subject to availability. Make-up sessions cannot be carried forward to a subsequent term.
All classes must be paid for in advance. If a term booking has been scheduled and payment has not been received before the first session, we reserve the right to process payment for the full term. If payment is not received, your place may be cancelled.
Private Sessions
One-to-One and Two-to-One Sessions
Private sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
Payments for private sessions are non-refundable. However, sessions may be rescheduled provided that at least 24 hours' notice is given to the studio.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates (Vouchers) are non-refundable and are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
All sessions booked using a Gift Certificate are subject to availability. Gift Certificates may be redeemed against individual sessions or used as part-payment towards a block booking.
For individual sessions, Gift Certificate holders should contact the studio with their preferred dates and times. The studio will confirm availability and secure the booking once a suitable session becomes available.
