I hope everyone is managing in the heat. Remeber the studio is air conditioned so it is still comfortable to keep moving.
This week, just take a moment .... turn your head to the left .... how does it feel .... turn your head to the right .... does it feel equal, does one side feel more "stiff" than the other. Become aware of how your body feels so that you can start balancing it out and maintain neck mobility.
