At Pilates Body Centre, we believe Pilates should be personal. Every person who walks through our doors has their own goals, whether that's recovering from an injury, improving strength and mobility, managing a long-term condition, or simply enjoying moving more.
Our aim has always been to create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable, encouraged and able to progress at their own pace. By keeping our class sizes small, we can take the time to understand your individual needs and provide the guidance and support that helps you get the most from every session.
Our experienced team is passionate about helping people move well and feel confident in their bodies. We combine knowledge, experience and a genuine love of teaching to make every class enjoyable, supportive and rewarding.
We also believe that investing in our instructors means investing in our clients. By encouraging ongoing professional development and creating a positive, supportive working environment, our teachers are able to deliver the highest standard of care in every class.
The greatest compliment we receive is the loyalty of our clients. Many have been with us since Pilates Body Centre opened in 2018, while some have been attending Karyn's classes since she first qualified as a Pilates instructor in April 2014. Their continued support has helped create the warm, welcoming community we're so proud of today, where new clients quickly feel at home, lasting friendships have formed, and everyone is encouraged to move with confidence.

Karyn holds comprehensive qualifications as a Pilates Teacher, proficient in both Matwork and studio equipment. Additionally, she has expanded her expertise through various specialised courses, ranging from Pilates tailored for golfers to advanced rehabilitation techniques.

Julie
Julie is a qualified physiotherapist and experienced Pilates Teacher. She specialises in designing personalised rehabilitation programs that leverage her dual expertise to support injury recovery and strength rebuilding effectively.

Becks
Becks is a highly qualified Pilates Teacher whose calm and clear teaching approach fosters a welcoming environment. Her dedication and enthusiasm have earned her a loyal and expanding client community.

Virginie
Virginie is a fully certified Pilates Teacher with a deep enthusiasm for sharing her extensive expertise. She earns the admiration of her clients and aspiring teachers alike through her dedication and passion for education.

Siobhan
Siobhan, a fully certified Pilates Teacher, who is dedicated to optimising movement patterns for her clients. She specialises in working with individuals experiencing pain, helping them modify their techniques to reduce discomfort and improve exercise quality.

Yana is a fully certified Pilates Teacher who emphasises mastering fundamental techniques, ensuring a seamless progression to more challenging exercises as clients advance.

Anamika
Anamika is a certified yoga Teacher specialising in traditional Hatha yoga. She emphasises hands-on guidance to help clients achieve proper alignment and technique, fostering a positive and uplifting atmosphere in every session.

Rachel
Rachel is a fully certified Pilates Teacher with a strong enthusiasm for sports such as running and skiing. She enjoys integrating Pilates into her clients' routines to enhance their athletic performance and overall wellness.
