    Reformer

    The Reformer consists of a sliding carriage, springs, ropes, and straps, providing a platform for a variety of exercises that focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance through controlled movements. It's a low-impact workout that can be adjusted to accommodate different fitness levels, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced Pilates practitioners.

    Mat Classes

    We offer a variety of classes and levels so that you can find your perfect class, or so that you can do a variety of different classes.

    We offer Pilates mat from Restorative to advanced mat, Hatha Yoga and Fitness classes that focus on strength and balance. All equipment is provided for you just need to turn up and enjoy your session.

    Beginner, Improver or Advanced

    Beginner class

    This class is designed for clients who are new to Pilates and need to learn the fundamentals. It is also suitable for those with injuries or chronic conditions who require a gentler, lower-intensity approach.

    Perfect for improving and intermediate clients, this class builds on foundational Pilates knowledge with more dynamic movements and layered progressions. You’ll work on strength, stability, and flow while being challenged at a higher intensity.
