A description of class types available at the studio

Reformer/Cadillac Class
This exclusive class is limited to two clients.
You get the best of the Pilates equipment in a class setting.
You will work on both the Reformer and the Pilates Cadillac.
These sessions can be tailored more closely to individual needs.

Reformer
The Reformer consists of a sliding carriage, springs, ropes, and straps, providing a platform for a variety of exercises that focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance through controlled movements. It's a low-impact workout that can be adjusted to accommodate different fitness levels, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced Pilates practitioners.

Tower Classes
Our Tower classes are challenging but fun! They help you develop longer, leaner muscles, build core strength, improve posture and tone your entire body. Using spring resistance these energising classes combine all aspects of Pilates from working on the mat with the added challenge of the springs.

Jumpboard
Our Jumpboard classes are a 30minute cardio session.
A padded board is fitted to the end of the Reformer and then springs are connected to the reformer bed to offer a low impact jumping movement. These high energy classes provide a full body session incorporating both cardiovascular and plyometric training.

Mat Classes
We offer a variety of classes and levels so that you can find your perfect class, or so that you can do a variety of different classes.
We offer Pilates mat from Restorative to advanced mat, Hatha Yoga and Fitness classes that focus on strength and balance. All equipment is provided for you just need to turn up and enjoy your session.

Working out the best way to book for you
Our classes can be booked as a single session, or you can book 10 session or onto a block or classes to get a lower class rate

Single class session or 10 session
If you want to try a class before purchasing a block you can by a one off class session. This is a great way to try different teaching styles or to see the studio. Alternatively to get a lower class rate you can book 10 classes, recieve a unique code so that you can choose different class times to suit your schedule. To book this go to our Book Now page and choose from either mat or reformer classes

Blocks of Class
If you would like to comit to the same class everyweek and have a guaranteed place you can book onto a block of classes. The blocks run in 12 week terms.
