• Mat Classes

    We offer a variety of Mat classes ranging from Strength to Restorative

    Our Mat Classes are limited to 8 clients, which allows our teachers to plan the class to best suit the attendees, allowing you to get the most out of every session

    Pilates Mat

    All our traditional Pilates Mat classes are loaded based on class level.

    This is to keep clients of similar level together to help with progression.

    You can see a description of levels at the bottom of this page, which includes Restorative Pilates through to advanced mat.

    Strength and balance

    Erdinc is both a personal trainer and a Pilates teacher so he brings the two disciplines together to challenge clients with traditional strength exercises with good alignment and control as well as incoroporating balance and other functional exercises for a strong but safe session

    Hatha Yoga

    This Hatha Yoga class is designed to develop your yoga practice and deepen your body awareness.

    Anamika will teach you the correct alignment and adjust you to ensure you find the best position for your body.

  • Mat Classes Blocks

    When you sign up to a block of classes you will have a regular space in that class.

    We will automatically load you onto the next block a month before the new block starts.

    If you no longer wish to continue on the block or wish to switch classes you must advise admin at least two weeks before the start of the new block.

    When you attend the first session of the new block payment will be automatically taken. Any holiday dates (up to two sessions) must be given to admin before the first session.

    Restorative

    This is a very gentle class for people who wanting to join a group class but need more help and attention. The class is slow paced and uses the reformer to assist exercises to make good movement more achieveable. The Restorative Reformer is especially good for anyone who struggles to get down onto the floor or off the floor in a mat class.

    This class is Restricted to two clients to give more help and support during a session

    We also run restorative mat classes which are very gentle.

    Beginner

    Our Beginner classes are for those who are either new to Pilates, or are still learning the repertoire.

    In these classes, you'll be introduced to the fundamental movement patterns. These classes will help you build strength and increase mobility, in a safe controlled environment.

    Improver

    Improver classes are for clients who have completed a beginner course but do not feel ready to move into an intermediate class.

    Intermediate

    Our Intermediate Reformer Pilates classes are more dynamic classes; incorporating elements already learnt, at a more challenging level and pace.

    In these classes you'll be challenged further to reach a higher level of ability.

    Advanced

    A fast paced Reformer class to challenge and strengthen. This class is for people confident on the Reformer and injury free.
