Private Pilates Sessions
Private sessions are specifically designed for the individual client needs. All private sessions utilize any equipment in the studio that the teacher feels will enhance or assist each session. These sessions are particularly good for Rehabilitation, Preparation for a class, Pre or Post Pregnancy, Sport specific, or for those who prefer the individual attention to reach their goals quicker. Two to one sessions are particularly good for friends or partners who want to do a session together using the studio equipment. Exercising with someone close can help with motivation and give that extra bit of fun to each session. Shorter session can be useful if you are unable to manage a 55 minute session.
Clinical Pilates
This is ideal for people experiencing musculoskeletal pain or dysfunction, post-injury dysfunction, or for those seeking post-surgery rehabilitation. Pilates exercises are adapted to the appropriate level for you, your issues and are progressed when possible and tolerated.
Restorative Pilates Trial session
A specialty mat class aimed at clients who are working on building strengthen and mobilise to manage ongoing conditions or are trying to recover after a health/mobility set back. We now also offer Restorative Reformer classes. This class is very slow paced and gentle for clients who have the same requirements as for the Restorative mat class but who struggle to get onto and off the floor in a regular mat class
Private Yoga sessions priced from one to four people
Hatha Yoga is a branch of Yoga primarily concerned with mastery of the body, and it is arguably the tradition most familiar to Western culture. The term is derived from the Sanskrit ha, meaning "sun," and tha, meaning "moon," leading to the common interpretation that Hatha practices are designed to unite and balance these two energies. However, the literal translation of Hatha is "force," alluding to the physical techniques used within this tradition.

For clients wanting to focus on specific functional/balance/strength work in a controlled Personal Training session
Drop in Reformer Classes
Reformer classes are limited to a maximum of four people. Drop in sessions are set up for people who cannot commit to a whole block, or want to try a class before purchasing the remainder of a block.
Block of Reformer Classes - £30/session
Reformer classes are limited to a maximum of four people, making for a more focused session that will provide an enhanced body workout experience. If you cannot attend all sessions, then make up sessions can be done in other classes during the period of the block.
Drop in Mat classes
Mat classes are limited to a maximum of nine people. Drop in sessions are set up for people who cannot commit to a whole block, or wish to try the session before purchasing the remainder of a block.

Mat classes are limited to a maximum of nine people, making for a more focused session that will provide an enhanced body workout experience. If you cannot attend all sessions, then make up sessions can be done in other Mat classes during the period of the block.

Parkinsons and Multiple Sclerosis Pilates Classes
A class designed for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson's (PD) or Multiple Scleroses (MS) or those with early/moderate stage PD or MS.
